Для ряда новых бис(арилсульфанилдикетонов) проведен in silico анализ в программах OSIRIS Property Explorer и SwissADME на сходство с лекарственными препаратами с определением основных физико-химических дескрипторов. С помощью программы GUSAR найдены критерии токсичности и показано соответствие полученных соединений правилу пяти Липинского (RO5).
Prediction (in silico) analysis of a series of novel bis(arylsulphanyldiketones)
For a number of new bis(arylsulfanyldiketones), in silico analysis was performed in the OSIRIS Property Explorer and SwissADME programs for similarity to drugs with the determination of the main physicochemical descriptors. Using the GUSAR program, toxicity criteria were found and compliance of the obtained compounds with the Lipinsky rule of five (RO5) was shown.
